THIEVERY CORPORATION, Jack White, The Black Keys, and Bassnectar are among the acts booked for the 2012 Austin City Limits Festival this year, with shows set to kick off on September 12 in Austin, Texas (‘natch.) You can snag a three-day pass for $200, or just catch one day of the fest for $90 bucks – if you feel like living it up, VIP tix include catered food, air-conditioned chill areas (which sound like an especially good idea this year), and special pricing. For more info, visit the Austin City Limits Fest official website.

THE GREEN MAN Festival has added plenty of indie-rockers to its 2012 lineup, with the event ready to go August 17-19 in Wales, UK. In addition to a “whole new range” of food stalls from paella to vegetarian dishes, the fest is taking place at a new venue, the green and parklike (duh) Glanusk Park Estate. All the better to welcome workshops in science, film, and literature right alongside performers like Feist, The Walkmen, Tune-Yards, Of Montreal, Damien Jurado, Mogwai, Jonathan Richman, and Ghostpoet, among others.

PATRICK WOLF is celebrating his five-album, ten-year career with a special UK tour set to start next month in London. Wolf will kick off the event with a show at London’s Old Vic Theatre on August 29, and will pick up again with another half-dozen shows in November and December as part of his extensive European tour. Wolf’s performances should be especially interesting for fans this time around, as he’s reportedly planning to play a completely different setlist on each night of the tour.
